Free returns are our way of making your shopping journey worry-free. We’ll provide you with a return shipping label at no cost—just contact our customer service to have your return approved and receive step-by-step instructions to create your label.

- Prefer your own shipping method? That’s okay too, but you’ll be responsible for those charges, as well as any original shipping fees from your order.
Returning a Product
Changed your mind? No problem! You can return unused products in their original condition within 30 days of receiving them.
- Email us at info@norlynails.se with your order number, or use our Self-Help widget on the website.
- Wait for approval and follow the provided instructions.
- Package the items carefully and include your order number to ensure a smooth process.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 working days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and contacting us before sending items is essential.

While shipping fees for your new order are not refundable, this method ensures you’ll get your new product without delays.
Shipping Details
When you contact our customer service team for a return, we’ll provide clear instructions and a free return shipping label. Alternatively, if you prefer using your own shipping method, please ensure the package includes tracking, as we cannot assist if your return doesn’t arrive.

- If we see that you’ve placed a new order, we’ll waive the standard 32 SEK return shipping cost deduction from your refund.
Refund Timeline
Our goal is to process all returns within 10 working days of receiving them at our warehouse. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
